She is a French actress who began her acting career in French cinema, appearing in films such as the French-Italian film “The Last Mistress” (2007) and the French comedy-drama film “On War” (2008). She first came to attention after she received her first César Award nomination, for her performance in the French film “The Beautiful Person” (2008), and won the Trophée Chopard.

She was nominated for the BAFTA Rising Star Award and performed in the Franco-German romantic fantasy movie  Beauty and the Beast, Wes Anderson’s comedy-drama film “The Grand Budapest Hotel” and French biographical drama film Saint Laurent. She gained international attention for her appearance as Bond girl Madeleine Swann in the twenty-fourth in the James Bond series  Spectre (2015) and performed the role in No Time to Die (2021).

She was born on 01st July 1985 in Passy is a city in Paris, France. Her father Henri Jérôme Seydoux-Fornier de Clausonne is an Businessman & mother Valérie Schlumberger is a French writer, actress and philanthropist.

Career

She came to public attention in 2008, when she appeared in French writer and film director Christophe Honoré’s “The Beautiful Person”, a role that earned her the 2009 Chopard Award at the Cannes Film Festival for “Best Upcoming Actress” and a César Award nomination for Most Promising Actress.

In 2009, she had a major part in Austrian film director and screenwriter Jessica Hausner’s Lourdes, and a small role in her first Hollywood film, American film director  Quentin Tarantino’s Inglourious Basterds. In 2010 she starred alongside Russell Crowe in Ridley Scott’s Robin Hood, performing the character of  Isabella of Angoulême.

In 2011, she participated in another Hollywood production, an American action spy film directed by Mission: Impossible – Ghost Protocol, in which she played the assassin Sabine Moreau alongside stars Tom American actor and Cruise and Jeremy Renner.

In 2013, she was nominated for Best Actress at the 38th César Awards for her role as Sidonie Laborde in French film director Benoît Jacquot’s” Farewell, My Queen”.

In 2014, She won the Best Actress award at the 19th Lumières Awards for her role in Blue Is the Warmest Colour and Grand Central.

She appeared alongside  Irish actor Colin Farrell and  British actress Rachel Weisz in Greek film director Yorgos Lanthimos’s English-language debut The Lobster (2015), She also appears as Madeleine Swann, the Bond girl in the 2015 spy film and the twenty-fourth in the James Bond series “Spectre”, the 24th Jamaines Bond film.

In 2018, she co-starred alongside Scottish actor Ewan McGregor in the American romantic science fiction film “Zoe” by Drake Doremus. The film had its world premiere at the Tribeca Film Festival on 21 April.

She will reprise her role as Madeleine Swann in the James Bond film “No Time to Die”. It would be released on 30th September 2021 in the U.K. and 8th October 2021 in the USA. The other cast of the movie is English actor Daniel Craig as the James Bond as his last appearance of this bond series & Rami Malek played Lyutsifer Safin.British actress Lashana Lynch as Nomi.
