She was born on 14th November 1998 in Moscow, the capital and largest city of Russia. Her father’s name is Alexander and her mother’s name is Svetlana Kenin. She started playing tennis at the age of five, & got inspiration from her father who had played recreationally. She had success in tennis at a young age, which gets widespread attention in the tennis community and helped put her on the covers of tennis magazines.
She began playing in United States Tennis Association (USTA) girls’ 10-and-under tournaments at the age of seven and became the top-ranked player in Florida in that division. She later was ranked No. 1 in the USTA national rankings for each of the 12, 14, 16, and 18-and-under divisions.
